ARTtuesdays at CGM

ARTtuesdays/MIAMI invites you to join us for our current season of programming about timely and relevant creative initiatives in culture, art, design, and architecture that impact and transform South Florida’s cultural communities.

On November 14, 2017  we will discuss issues of migration and survival in association with two exhibitions at the Coral Gables Museum:  Sheltering Survivors and Boundaries.  The evening will begin  with a tour of the exhibition Sheltering Survivors led by guest curator and FIU Ph.D. candidate, MItra Nash, followed by a panel of local contemporary artists Adler Guerrier, Anja Marais, and Jamilah Sabur.

Come to the Museum from 5:30pm to 7pm for cash bar, networking, a look at the Boundaries exhibit featuring the work of Richard Blanco and Jacob Hessler, and an exhibit tour. Panel discussion, moderated by art writer and critic Elisa Turner, begins at 7pm.
