We’ve all heard “you are what you eat” but how you eat can also a ect your overall health and well being. In fact, mindful eating (slowing down and paying attention to your food), has been linked to weight loss, better weight management and an improved relationship with food overall. And, really, who couldn’t use that?! In this 2 hour experiential workshop, you’ll learn easy-to- incorporate mindful eating practices that are both satisfying to you and nourishing to your body.
