Imagining Miami

Do you want to think in fresh, creative ways about how we can use arts & culture-based initiatives to address social issues impacting our neighborhoods? Then join us! You don’t have to be an artist; just care about our future quality of life in Miami-Dade County. It’s family-friendly & FREE to attend. We promise you serious fun, delicious snacks, great company, & more! Plus, you won’t want to miss our drum circle finale featuring the Int’l Artist in Residence at Osun’s Village & African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor, Prince Emmanuel Abiodun Aderele.

It’s FREE to attend, but RSVPs are REQUIRED. You can get your ticket below.

Miami is just one of more than a dozen cities to host an “Imagining” this summer as part of a nationwide initiative by the U.S. Department of Arts and Culture, the nation’s newest people-powered department. Imaginings are vibrant, arts-infused events that invite community members to envision their towns and cities 20 years into the future, and to spark ideas about how to get there, starting now.
