Inside the basement of Townhouse Hotel on South Beach is “K Ramen. Burger. Beer,” a hybrid burger, ramen and poke restaurant (in case you’ve ever wanted all three at once). They’re open until 2 a.m. for all your late night ramen cravings, and they’ve got all the traditional options:  pork ramen, spicy ramen, or veggie ramen. But they’re best known for their lobster ramen, a big bowl brimming with broth and pieces of fresh lobster. There’s also a pretty extensive international beer list.
