The business district is home to restaurants, recreation, retail, event halls, art galleries, and more. It’s empowering its artists to share their work with the city through its art and design in public spaces program. This space is also a hidden green environment in the city’s urban landscape, with bamboo gardens, rainbow eucalyptus trees, and outdoor paths.
