Longtime South Florida chef David Bracha opened River Oyster Bar in 2003, years before Brickell had nearly as many high rises or residents. It quickly became a dining destination that helped build the neighborhood, featuring fresh seafood and the titular shellfish, served in both classic and inventive styles.
