It’s National Ice Cream Day on July 17, so we headed to Lulu’s to get a behind-the-scenes look at liquid nitrogen ice cream, which is all foodies can talk about.
We were curious about how, exactly, the whole nitrogen thing works. And, like, if it can kill you. (It can’t.) Lulu’s catering manager Maria Peredo showed us how the whole process works at their shop, which opened in Edgewater in 2015.
