Since its fledgling beginnings in a part-time space in the Bird Road Arts District to its booming success as a monthly mainstay at The Light Box, Speak Fridays has been home to poetry, spoken word, comedy, and music for a decade.
We’ll be hanging with Robert again this Thursday, June 22, at Perez Art Museum Miami for a screening of our Meet Your Makers PBS special and an intimate talk on what it’s been like to curate a community of Miami creatives.
