Ichimi is a full Japanese Izakaya and ramen house, plus a hip gastropub. It’s got an industrial atmosphere and a more traditional ramen menu. Some favorites include the veggie ramen and beef brisket ramen, but it’s their classic Japanese Tonkotsu bowl, full of pork belly and bamboo shoots, that’s the true star.
